I was browsing through my usual haunts earlier and for some reason got the urge to find an mp3 for the vocal version of a niconico medley that I’ve been listening to lately. No, it’s the not the classic niconico medley that people know and love but a different one:

Like a lot of things on niconico, I have no idea how this was inspired, but it flows really well for how long it is. The original for the medley is non-vocal, but this version……is just really nice to listen to. Hong Kong, the singer, has a really nice and soothing voice that you’d think she was a professional. (She may be, or she may just be really talented!)

In the end though, I didn’t find that mp3 for the vocal since the place it was uploaded to was buggy. I did however find another song that Hong Kong sang which is really touching:

And yes, I’ve been killing time on Mabinogi for the past 8 or 9 weeks. I’m actually enjoying it since it reminds me a lot of RO one way or another except more forgiving. The battle system isn’t forgiving though. Not at all. It’s not unusual to be 1- or 2-shotted by moderately stronger enemies if you make a mistake in handling them. It may be more of a nostalgia factor for me that I’m actually still around, but yeah, I’ll try to not let it get in the way of my scanlation projects. Fact is that I don’t need to spend more than 2 hours a day in the game to do what I usually do, gathering herbs for potion making since inventory fills up quick for the kind of stuff that I make. Anyway, a few screenshots over the past couple of months:
